The class consists of Power Pilates, Barre Inspired Sequences, Equipment Pilates and finishes off with a stretch to lengthen you out. The fusion of Pilates and dynamic yoga styles provides your body with the workout it desires, tightening and toning in all of the right places, then lengthen the muscles to achieve a desired lean, sculpt and toned bod - A Pilates Fusion Bod!!!
This style of Pilates will compliment your other forms of exercise by strengthening all of your supporting structures such as your ligaments, tendons and small (hard to target in the gym) muscles.
